QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Job Requirements
We are looking for candidates who possess a strong commitment to human rights and social justice. Applicants should have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Law, Human Rights, Social Sciences, or International Relations. Advanced degrees and certifications are highly desirable.
Key skills include excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, strong analytical and research capabilities, and proficiency in project management. Experience with grassroots activism, community organizing, and advocacy work is a plus. Candidates must be adaptable, self-motivated, and able to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Volunteer with Global Rights

Volunteers support our programmes on research and documentation, translation, community outreach, events and communications, and give as much or as little time as they can.
